Ergonomics
The ergonomics calculator recommends workspace dimensions for the country, gender, and age you set. It uses Humanform’s models. The design range is the 5th through the 95th percentile, which covers about 90 percent of that target population.
Contexts
| Context | Use |
|---|---|
| Seating | Chairs, stools, and seating furniture |
| Desk & Workstation | Heights and reach zones for seated work and monitors |
| Standing & Counter | Counter and surface heights for standing tasks |
Each recommendation can show the rationale behind it. Values are guidelines. Apply engineering judgment and the accessibility standard that governs the product, such as ISO 9241, ANSI/BIFMA, or the ADA.
Accommodation packs and saved design specs keep a set of limits so you can reopen a decision and run fit again on the device. Packs you will also see on the command line are workstation, standingReach, cockpit, and apparel. The industry pages show which measurements those packs use, with command-line examples and MCP prompts.
