# Workflow

Workflow is a sequence of actions that predict, convert, compare, and check body measurements on the device. Actions run from top to bottom. Drag to reorder. Swipe to duplicate or delete.

It is included with [Humanform Pro](https://docs.humanform.app/pro). Running a workflow does not call a Humanform server and does not need an API key.

## Actions

- **Subject** sets age, gender, country, and percentile. Predict uses the nearest subject above it unless you choose another.
- **Project Age** copies a subject at a new age so you can predict again.
- **Predict** reads one catalog measurement.
- **Convert** changes the display unit.
- **Compare** diffs two Predict or Convert results.
- **Fit Check** tests a value against a minimum and a maximum.

Describe what you want, then build an editable action list. Review it before you run. The measurement is still calculated on the device.
