# Connected dimensions

Body measurements are not independent. Connected dimensions lets you anchor one measurement at a percentile and see the linked dimensions that travel with it.

Use it when a single percentile is the design decision and you need the rest of the body to stay consistent with that choice. The values still come from Atlas on the device.
